Information collected
The form collects your name, work email, company, engagement interest, workflow stage, primary concern, workflow description, timeline, and budget range.
How it is used
Core Innovation uses this information to evaluate your request, respond to you, recommend an appropriate next step, and maintain ordinary business correspondence. Contact-form information is not sold.
Processing and retention
Cloudflare processes the form request and Resend delivers the message to the managed Core Innovation inbox. The application does not create a separate contact-form database. Correspondence is retained in the inbox only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records.
Do not submit sensitive information
Do not use the form to submit protected health information, health records, credentials, API keys, secrets, or confidential documents. The public contact form is not approved for regulated health data or confidential system access.
Deletion requests and questions
To request deletion of contact-form correspondence or ask a privacy question, email brian@coreinnovation.group. Reasonable identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.
